The Opportunity

Vendor Payables Associate – Plantation, Florida

Salary starting at $50,000 per year plus bonus opportunities!

We are seeking to add a Vendor Payables Associate to our Finance team located at our headquarters in Plantation, Florida! This role is responsible for timely payments of all vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements. As a Vendor Payables Associate, job duties include processing payments, invoice management, setting up users in our expense reporting system, and reconciling schedules of balances due. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of payables experience along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving, coding and posting invoices.
• Obtaining or ensuring proper approval by management of invoices to be paid.
• Researching and resolving accounts payable issues with customers or vendors.
• Ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.
• Processing payments via check or ACH.
• Scanning all payment supporting documents to Image Right.
• Processing of employee expense reports.
• Providing Concur (Expense Reporting System) support to users.
• Preparing and reconciling schedules of the balances due from affiliated parties.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
• 1 year of accounts payables experience is required
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Concur Expense Reporting System a plus!
