The Opportunity

Operations Review Associate - Sunrise, Florida (in-person)

Pay starting at $22.00 per hour

 

The Operations Review Associate supports the accuracy and integrity of operational data. This role partners closely with underwriting, accounting, and compliance teams to review workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a solid understanding of MGA operations and carrier guidelines. They are comfortable working across multiple platforms, managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between underwriting, accounting, brokers, carriers, and external partners to resolve policy and billing discrepancies.
  • Ensure data integrity across agency management and carrier systems by auditing records and coordinating timely corrections.
  • Process policy transactions including non-renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and required compliance documentation in accordance with carrier and regulatory guidelines.
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies involving premiums, commissions, fees, taxes, and risk classifications to ensure accurate policy issuance and reporting.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by reviewing outstanding balances, resolving invoicing discrepancies, and facilitating financial adjustments.
  • Partner with IT and system development teams to troubleshoot platform issues, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance policy administration processes.

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
  • 2-3 years of insurance processing experience preferred
  • Problem analysis and resolution
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a commitment to company values
  • Knowledge of AIM & ImageRight is preferred
